Her album "Femme Fatale" sold over 260,000 copies in the United States upon its release. It appears that the sales for femme fatale did just fine despite a few trials and tribulations she experienced over the years.

Spears entered the pop scene in the late nineties with flirtatious songs "Hit me baby one more time" and "Oops I did it again". She teased the male youth of the world with her risque school girl outfit and her tantalizing voice. She quickly soared to the top of the charts back then. All grown up now in tight leather high heeled boots she continues to amaze her fans.
